Civil War Adventure Camp Reservations
Forms must be completed and received five days before reserved camp date.
Troop Camps are a five-hour, daytime experiences for pre-formed groups of 20 or more people, and may occur any day throughout the year except during Rally Camps. Troop Camps can be scheduled from 9 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. or from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Platoon Camps are overnight experiences for pre-formed groups of 20 or more participants. For more details, please visit the Group Questions section of our FAQ link. To reserve a camp date, please complete a Platoon Reservation Form. Once your date is confirmed, you must complete the additional forms needed for your registration.
Rally Camps are for individuals*, families, and groups with fewer than 20 participants. Our overnight Rally Camps offer individuals, families, and small groups the chance to participate in Civil War Adventure Camp without the need to recruit your own large group. To reserve a space for an upcoming Rally Camp weekend, please complete a Camper Reservation form.

Reservations may be made by telephone, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. by calling (804) 861-2408 or toll free at (877) 726-7546 and asking for group reservations. We strongly recommend calling ahead to verify your preferred dates are available before completing the forms below.
